We all come to Yoga for different reasons – to improve our health, to learn new and better postures, for the meditative, soothing calm that persists after a particularly good yoga session. As we often practise Yoga in a group setting, is it always so easy and so tempting to look at what and how others are doing and compare ourselves with them.
Regardless of our purpose, we often forget that Yoga is almost always a personal journey.
These images by talented artist, Georgia from BlueberrySnail, made specially for Aura Yoga, reminds us of these perceptions.
Do you relate to any one in particular? Why do you think so?
Georgia explains more about the drawings here on her blog.
