Classes

Prior booking is essential as classes are very popular and fill up quickly. Please contact me if you’re interested in joining. The classes run in line with Caerphilly County Borough Council school term times, apart from August, when classes continue. All equipment is provided for use during the sessions.

I run a range of yoga classes in Blackwood, Caerphilly County Borough, and South Wales area to suit all abilities.

I tell many people about Geri’s classes and can’t recommend her enough, just wish I’d joined sooner!

If you can’t join me for a regular class, you’re most welcome to join in any of my Events. I look forward to meeting you.



With the Government advised lock-down in place, I have started running Live online yoga and meditation classes. If you are a current student, you are very welcome to join in. See below for further details.

ONLINE HATHA YOGA

Please set out your yoga mat in a clear, safe space, dress appropriately, ensure the room is well ventilated and you are hydrated. Always remember to observe and listen to your body, adjusting postures and practice to suit you.

(Prior Meditation experience is recommended as we sit for 30-45 minutes. Please bring a notebook and pen to record your experience.)

IN PERSON YOGA CLASSES AT STUDIO 54 – POSTPONED

Tier 4 lockdown in Wales will remain for at least another 3 weeks with no definite end date announced yet.  We will confirm as soon as we are able to when face to face classes will resume at Studio 54. 

Prior booking and your own equipment, including your own drink will be required. Space is limited to adhere to Welsh Government guidelines so block bookings will take priority.
