Festive High Tea at The Angel Hotel, Abergavenny

This year our Aura Yoga ‘Kula’ (community or tribe) opted for a decadent festive high tea at a local multi award-winning hotel, The Angel Hotel, Abergavenny, and what a fine dining experience it was! 

It was a cold damp Saturday when thirty-two of us in high spirits, dressed in our party clothes, in need of refreshment after some retail therapy in local shops, attended a fine festive high tea. We were allocated our own banqueting room, served top quality fresh produce, on fine bone china, silver-tiered cake stands, crisp white linen, tea lights, by the most attentive and well-trained staff, where all dietary requirements were catered for by pre-order.

We are delighted to have received the Tea Guild’s prestigious Award of Excellence every year since 2008. High Tea at The Angel is an elegant, unhurried affair: silver tiered cake stands, bone china, crisp white linen, tea lights and attentive service.

About the Angel Hotel
