I need to cancel Thursday 21st & Friday 22nd November classes to rest and fully recover. Class credits can be used for January 2025 term or I’m happy to refund. (Please message me directly if you wish to have a refund).

Monday Plas Mawr Community Centre 9.30-10.30am 6.00-7.00pm
Wednesday Blackwood Methodist Church Hall 9.30-10.30am Plas Mawr Community Centre 6.00-7.00pm
Friday Plas Mawr Community Centre 9.30-10.30am
No later Monday class, or Tuesday or Thursday classes next week.
