Wednesday 1915 – 2015 hours

Term Dates: 3 Mar – 11 April 2025 (6 sessions)

Cost: First class £5. £8 per session; £42 for 6 sessions; £12 for 2 classes on the same day (mix and match at any session that term).

Location: Plas Mawr Community Centre, Highfields, Blackwood, NP12 1HB

Week 2: Yoga to help ease Anxiety & Overwhelm
Week 3: Yoga for Improved Sleep,
Week 4: Yoga for Strength & Flexibility,
Week 5: Yin Yoga,
Week 6: Well Woman Yoga.

Please let me know before class if this is your first yoga class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or yoga ability. We can also have a chat about any health issues that may impede your yoga practice.
