Beginners’ Yoga

All of my yoga classes are run to suit a range of abilities. I am often able to offer alternative poses and adaptations to suit differing strengths and abilities. Everyone is welcoming and supportive and I strive to hold a space that is encouraging, warm and fun.

I do understand however, that it is often scary to think of joining an already established class, especially if you are new to yoga. That is why I have decided to start a new 5 week course for Beginners.

If you are new to yoga, or are returning after a long break, you are more than welcome to join this new short course. We will cover some basic poses and work on building strength and slowly increasing flexibility.

Everyone is welcome.

Please contact me for prior booking.

Please let me know before class if this is your first yoga class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or yoga ability. We can also have a chat about any health issues that may impede your yoga practice.

If you have not joined my yoga sessions before, please complete a British Wheel of Yoga Health Questionnaire here before your first session.
